This single-family mountain residence is organized into public and private zones that step down with the existing grade, settling the home naturally into its site. The central living, kitchen, and dining spaces anchor the plan, while the primary suite and children’s suites extend into separate wings for privacy and distinct landscape relationships. A guest suite opens to a courtyard around an existing pine tree, and an ADU above the garage adds two bedrooms with a compact living and kitchen, all arranged in a protective C-shape that frames rear mountain views and screens distant neighbors.
