A private wing places the primary suite at the quiet end with kids’ rooms arranged around a shared study and play space, while guest suites and an office anchor the opposite side for hosting and working. Outdoors, a large pool and spa sit between the main house and a detached poolhouse, extending the home’s social core into the landscape.
