Set along Mulholland Drive, this ADU was designed as a focused retreat within an existing family estate, developed in conversation with the primary residence. The approach side uses stone, metal detailing, and a clay tile roof, paired with a corner-opening glass door that signals a more contemporary interior. At the rear, stone gives way to board-formed concrete, openings become more sculpted, and a rooftop terrace extends the living space outdoors, framed by raised planters and a glass guard.
